At CrossFit Octopus we aim to create a community of like minded individuals that care as much about crushing their daily lives as they do about crushing the WOD. Here we strive to preserve our youth and vitality for as long as possible through the creation of healthy habits both inside and outside of the gym. We are just as concerned with throwing the ball with our kids as we are with throwing around big weights. We want to vitalize our bodies and our minds to the best of our abilities, and we wholeheartedly believe that through the CrossFit Methodology of training we can accomplish this task. At CrossFit Octopus we aim to better ourselves everyday, because we understand that consistency is the key to all things big and small.
